- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆I was told by the office that for a one time package delivery, I wouldn't need to pay to rent a post office box monthly. That my package would come in and I could just pick it up. I did this once at this post office with no problem about 3 years ago and know a few others that have used this service. When I called back to see if a recently delivered package was there I was told abruptly that they would never do that and the package would be returned to sender. My loss. I guess they have different rules for different people at different times. This is very unfortunate and my business is suffering because of their miscommunications and inconsistency in business practices.By James Walsh, November 26, 2016
